BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®)
If any of the above sounds familiar then BWRT® could well help you…
‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life.
Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code.

BWRT® – A fast, dynamic, rapid results therapy
BWRT® is a completely new and different therapy based on the latest discoveries about how the brain works and how it affects our moods, behaviour and emotions and as a fully Certified Advanced Level 2 BWRT® Practitioner I can help work effectively with a great number of problems and difficulties, including:
Fears and phobias
Anxiety and stress
Low confidence/poor self-esteem
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Procrastination and motivation
Fear of failure
If you find that your particular set of symptoms, difficulties or condition is not contained within the list above, please do not assume that we can not help you. BWRT® can help you with such a range of issues that it would be impossible to cover them all in a simple list.
Many issues can be addressed with Level 1 BWRT® in as little as 1or 2 sessions. However some more deeply ingrained problems will respond better to Level 2 BWRT®, which is a programme of 4 or 5 weekly sessions. I am a fully certified Advanced BWRT® Level 2 Practitioner and we can discuss which is more suitable at a very formal and relaxed totally FREE consultation.
In March 2015, permission was given by the UK Secretary of State to use the designation ‘Institute’ as a result of the research and scientific base of the BWRT® process. In September 2016, the Institute was renamed as The British BrainWorking Research Society again as a result of the extensive research carried out, and support from, among others, the NHS.
All practitioners are required to adhere to a strict code of ethics and receive full mentoring support provide by the BWRT® Institute.
